Step-by-Step Usage

1. Prepare Your Content

  • Audio formats: MP3, WAV, M4A, and other common audio formats
  • YouTube videos: Any public YouTube video with clear audio
  • Duration: Maximum 2 hours, longer content takes more time to process

2. Upload Your Content

  • Visit the transcription page
  • Either upload an audio file or paste a YouTube URL
  • The system will automatically analyze your content and estimate processing time

3. Wait for Processing

  • Transcription Phase: ML converts your audio or video to text with high accuracy
  • Formatting Phase: AI analyzes and structures the content into study-ready notes
  • Real-time progress updates show estimated completion time

4. Review and Export

  • View both raw transcription and formatted notes side-by-side
  • Copy formatted text or export to markdown format
  • Your processed content is saved and accessible via unique URLs

Credit System

Our service uses a credit-based system to manage usage:

  • 1 credit = 1 transcription regardless of file length
  • New users receive free credits to try the service with both audio files and YouTube videos
  • Failed transcriptions don't consume credits
  • Additional credits can be purchased through your account

Processing Time

Processing time depends on several factors:
